the writer of deadly unna has made the book alot more australian by putting an australian sport in it which is afl and alot of the book was traning and a main part of the book was winning the grandfinal. Also they have alot of aborigainal people in the book which make it look more australian. There is also alotof australian slang in the book and alot of australian things that people do.
